This Refund Policy outlines our practices regarding donations made through our website or other channels.

1. Donations Are Generally Non-Refundable

All donations made to Sangano Children’s Health are considered final and non-refundable. Donations are used promptly to support our charitable programs, health initiatives, and advocacy on behalf of children and families in need.

2. Refunds for Errors

We understand that errors may occur. We will review and consider refund requests in the following limited circumstances:

  • The donation amount was entered incorrectly

  • Duplicate donations were made in error

  • A technical issue (such as a payment gateway malfunction) resulted in an unintended transaction

In such cases, please notify us within 30 days of the donation date. Requests received after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Your full name

  • Date and amount of the donation

  • Method of payment

  • Reason for the refund request

4. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–14 business days for processing. Refunds for credit card payments may take additional time to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Tax Receipts and Refunds

If a tax receipt was issued for a refunded donation, it becomes void and must not be used for tax purposes. You may be asked to return or destroy the original tax receipt.

6. Event Registration Refunds (If Applicable)

If Sangano Children’s Health hosts events that require paid registration or tickets:

  • Refunds may be available if the event is cancelled or if you cancel within the posted refund window

  • Specific refund terms will be listed on the event registration page

7. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or change this Refund Policy at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
